If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the product and packaging.
To qualify for a return:
• The item must be unused
• The item must be in its original packaging
• The request must be made within 7 days of delivery
Once approved, we will provide instructions for the return process.
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used beauty products may not be eligible for return.
